That Lady's Sweet Bloody Mary Flank Steak!

I know it's tough to think about using up your 409 Bloody Mary mix without putting some booze in it, but you should definitely try this super simple and delicious flank steak recipe! Besides, if you're not going to use gin or vodka with your mix, I'd say meat is the next best thing!

First, you should know that using some watered down stuff from the supermarket will not provide the same results. I'm lookin' at you Mr and Mrs T! Our mix is made with fresh tomatoes, loaded up with horseradish, and also contains Worcestershire and pure maple syrup. These ingredients not only make one mean Bloody Mary, but they also make our mix an awesome compliment to beef when used as a marinade!

As I mentioned, this recipe is really easy. Simply marinate the flank steak in That Lady's Sweet Bloody Mary Mix and throw it in the fridge for at least 6 hours. Remove and let the excess marinade drip off. Apply salt and pepper liberally, and grill over medium-high heat until your desired internal temperature is reached. This cut is pretty lean, so cooking time will be pretty quick on each side, especially if you prefer medium-rare (130-135 F) like I do. I recently cooked up one of these bad boys on my firepit over lump hardwood charcoal, and it turned out awesome! Check out these pics and then give this one a shot. I promise you'll love it!
